At ComX Computers, all deliveries are fulfilled directly by our official South African suppliers, ensuring efficient and reliable service.

Delivery Timeframes

• Main City Centres:
  Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

• Outlying Areas:
  Deliveries to remote or rural locations may take longer, depending on the capabilities and schedules of local courier services.

• Please note: Deliveries are not available on weekends or public holidays.

While we work closely with trusted courier companies to ensure prompt delivery, it’s important to understand that couriers operate independently. As such, delivery times cannot be guaranteed, though we do everything we can to expedite the process

Collection Information

We do not hold stock on-site at our premises. All items must first be delivered to us by our suppliers before collection is possible.

• Collection Availability:
  Typically available within 2–3 business days after order confirmation and payment, once the stock has been received from our suppliers.

We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
