Terms and conditions for returns
Faulty products and incorrectly supplied products may be returned.
Opened products might not be accepted, or they might attract a re-stock fee. This is at the supplier's discretion once they have inspected the goods.
If the product has a carry-in / return to base warranty, products that fail due to a manufacturing fault will need to be returned to the supplier, or to us. The supplier will evaluate the product, who will make a decision on what options are available.
If the product has an on-site warranty, kindly contact the supplier directly for support on the product. You are welcome to email us for assistance regarding these details.
